Packers Path To A Playoff Spot Leads NFL Week 11. USC & TCU Face Big Tests In Playoff Push. Warriors Dysfunction As Slow Start Heightens? Verlander's Next Stop? A Dumbed Down World Cup Preview

As we countdown to Thanksgiving just a week away, the sports world is always serving up the appetizer, main course, dessert and all the trimmings as I'll have plenty to discuss on this latest episode. On deck:

(3:03) NFL Week 11 has the Packers in the Thursday primetime spot vs. the Titans. After a come from behind win vs. the Cowboys on Sunday, do they have what it takes to go on a tear and put themselves in position to qualify for the playoffs? I'll do a deep dive on that, take a look at the schedule on Sunday and briefly touch on a potential of huge games come Week 13 and Thanksgiving Day a week from today.

(18:34) There are only two games to zero in on when it comes to college football on Saturday. Can UCLA put a damper on USC's playoff hopes as they host the Trojans in a rivalry setting? How about Baylor attempting to do the same to TCU as they continue to sit in their lofty perch of being one of the top four teams in the country?

(26:13) Is it time for concern in the Bay Area if you're the Warriors? They've have not won a road game to date (0-8) are currently 6-9 and spoiled a 50 point effort by Steph Curry last night in Phoenix. With the recent comments of Curry and coach Steve Kerr, is it possible that there's a disconnect in the locker room? Could this be the remnants of what took place toward the end of training camp when Draymond Green punched Jordan Poole? Kyrie Irving is expected back in the Nets lineup come Sunday since his suspension. Why has it taken longer than the five games that he sat out in order for him to get back on the court? I'll also talk about the defensive disgrace by the Nets vs. Sacramento, the sizzling Celtics and how the Jazz and Cavaliers have cooled off a bit.

(40:06) The NHL has been status quo when it comes to the torrid starts of the Bruins, Golden Knights and in particular, the Devils as they've currently won ten games in a row.

(40:58) The MLB Hot Stove is starting to heat up as we have a few signings and transactions (Yankees re-sign Anthony Rizzo, Angels sign P Tyler Anderson, Mariners acquire OF Teoscar Hernandez) but with free agent pitcher, fresh off of a Cy Young Award at 39 years of age, where will Justin Verlander sign as he's looking for a contract similar to the Mets Max Scherzer.

(48:08) Soccer fans unite! The World Cup finally arrives this Sunday. I'll have a VERY dumbed down preview of who are the favorites, a dark horse team and predict who'll become the champs when it's all said and done.
