Vikings Prevail/Bills Fail In Signature Game Of Year. Packers Stay Alive In NFC. NFL Second Half Peek. TCU Hangs Onto Top 4 Spot. Who's Hot/Not In NBA? Bruins Lead NHL Attack. Pereira Stuns Adesanya

Your favorite little podcast host is back for a new week of fast paced, jam packed sports talk so jump on board to get your fill on the latest and greatest. On deck:

(3:04) The NFL FINALLY had its signature game of the season when two of the top teams in the league faced off in Buffalo where the Vikings win a wild, epic OT regular season thriller over the Bills. My take away from this is two fold. Should the Vikings be taken seriously? Are the Bills capable of closing out games against stiff competition? I'll discuss the Packers saving their season with a come from behind win vs. the Cowboys. I'll see what else took place yesterday throughout the sport (are the Giants for real in the NFC?), which was low-key for the most part. And I'll even take a look into my crystal ball to see what may come out of The Shield in the second half as they've gotten past the halfway point of the season.

(38:34) TCU hangs on to win at Texas as they'll keep up with the Georgias, Ohio States and Michigans of the world in college football. The only thing worth discussing is Oregon losing at home to Washington, therefore, forfeiting their right to be in the discussion when it comes to the College Football Playoff. And LSU wins a low scoring defensive struggle at Arkansas as they remain relevant in the hunt for the Final Four come New Year's Eve.

(41:07) The Association has been rather quiet (even with the Lakers snapping a losing streak and the Nets bringing back Kyrie Irving). The Celtics have been playing exceptionally well with Jayson Tatum taking his game to bigger heights. I'll get into the Warriors trying to get out of their early season malaise. The Cavaliers hitting the skids after an eight game winning streak.

(45:21) Vegas has been hot on the ice. They were winners of nine in a row after a victory in Buffalo on Thursday. Former Sabre Jack Eichel came away with a huge four point game (3 goals, 1 assist) against his former mates. But it's the Boston Bruins that have been the biggest surprise winning 14 of their first 16 games and 9-0 at home which is a franchise record. Another team that's been on fire are the Devils who have won nine in a row to date. Three extraordinary starts as we're more than one month into the NHL season.

(50:21) Is it time to crank up the MLB Hot Stove? It hasn't come close to heating up, but I'm taking hte pulse of what could lie ahead. Could something start percolating around Thanksgiving? Next month's Winter Meetings? Dusty Baker did sign a one year deal to stay with the newly minted World Series Champion Astros. What about GM Jim Click? He turned down a one year deal to stay with the team, but declined. Was that a smart move by him? And yes, the Mets have deferred a lot of the money that closer Edwin Diaz will earn until the year...2042! Bobby Bonilla Day, Part 2, anyone? UGH! Not this guy! I could care less.

(53:58) A stunner in the MMA on Saturday night as Alex Pereira defeated Israel Adesanya in the fifth round by TKO to win the middleweight title. Did the referee prematurely end the bout? Is there a rematch in the making?
